I am hoping for 90-100. I see that as a very realistic goal. In order to do this we'll need to win the division, but it is definitely within reach.

I said 81-90, based on last year's performance of the team as healthy the present roster, the current roster (with new additions), new work that needs to be done, and my personal expectations.

Looking through the schedule that I cut out, I went through, what I consider to be fairly realistically, a couple days ago, and I came up with 88 points, but you all can judge for yourselves.

I have a really good feeling about the season to come. I have watched the guys in camp, and everyone looks rested and very focused. Go Canes..and oh yeah, I voted 81-90.

I voted 81-90 too. have a great feeling about this team, but just like 2 years ago during our run to the SCF, you don't need a great team in the regular season, you just need to be good enough to make the playoffs, and then have a great team.

Ill jump on that 81-90 bandwagon. Maybe finishing 4th or 5th in the east? The southeast will be tough this year, with Atlanta finally coming of age.

91-100 is realistic in my view. With the tremendous upgrade in defence I see that being worth about 10 to 15 pts above last year and if we can get consistent goal scoring from the second line and some good contributions from the third line i see 95+ points as easily attainable and maybe 100.

I think the Thrashers are still a little weak from the blueline back. JMHO.

...but once they are able to get a goalie and a few capable d-men, they will certainly be a force to be reckoned with...
...but no this year.
