Weird Glitch?

This has happened to me on occasion before but, it's usually an isolated incident. Today it has happened in 3 threads.

There's a thread with a new post, it's showing up as a new post and that post has pushed the thread to the next page but it won't let me on that next page to see the new post. No matter how I click to try to get to that new post on the new page, or just to get to the page, it won't let me. And one of the posts it wouldn't let me get to was mine! :lol:

Two incidents have resolved today once someone else posted on the new page. The third one hasn't resolved yet (and no one else has posted yet).

Not a huge annoyance but weird and I thought you might like to know.

That's happened to me before, but it's been awhile. I'm pretty sure you and I use a different posts/page count, so it probably wouldn't happen at the same time anyway.

Haha, this has never happened to me UNTIL I read this thread, and then it happened on the next thread I clicked on! For me, it's the former STH tix thread...It says page=2 at the top but it won't let me on page 2.

Usually happens when a post gets deleted in the time the thread's being generated for the user. So if there's 1 post on the next page and a post get's deleted on the previous page, it still shows a 2nd page for you but when you click it the board says wtf there is no 2nd page.

I think. That may not be right, but it would make sense. Or it's just a weird glitch. ;)

I need to apply a bunch of updates in the next few days, maybe over the weekend so hopefully that might take care of the issue. There's some AJAX stuff in there that would correlate to this issue.
