2 Announcements, 1 exciting!

1. There will be a small amount of downtime tonight to facilitate a minor change to some code.

2. vBulletin is releasing an all new version of their software that not only includes the messageboard, but also a full blown CMS, blogging solution, photo gallery, the whole nine. We will be upgrading to this in the next month or so.

I'll keep you posted on that.

In the meantime, I'll get out the duct tape and try to get at least the front page back into working order...

Two things (neither are exciting).

1. Do you know when tonight you'll take the outage? Just curious since we'll probably be in the game thread saying WTF.

2. What's a CMS? Just want to make sure I understand what I'm getting excited about.

1. WAY late. Probably midnight or so. It will be extremely brief, in the 1-2 minutes range.

2. Content Management System. It'll make publishing the game previews/recaps/etc a whole lot easier and make them searchable, catologed, tagged, all that jazz. It's like the website is putting on it's big boy pants.

Don't hold your breath. 4.0 is not even alpha yet. BTW, we pre-ordered too but it wasn't my money.
