According to a tweet from Bob Mckenzie. I guess this means he's "healthy" and we can send him down to Albany.

Not sure where I read it, but I did read something regarding him already being in Albany, working out with the Rats in recent weeks. Getting his legs back?

Yeah I had read an article too, that he's been down there working out/recuperating. I'm guessing he needed to go on waivers to "officially" be sent down and come off the roster/cap.

ETA - I thinkg I read it on this blog (http://blog.timesunion.com/hockey/ryan-practicing-lightly-with-river-rats/2405/), althought JD might have mentioned it when he was the guest on Canes Corner.
