Ok, the box office is supposed to be open from 12:00 - 4:00 on Saturday.

They weren't open today.

They're not sold out are they? [worried expression]

I think they still on summer hours which is only M-F unless there is an event on the weekend. You should be able to get them on Monday. I've been to quite a few preseason games and don't think any of them have been sold out. but then, it's been a long time since April ;)

My suggestion is to buy them outside the arena from the 'scalpers'. You can pretty much always get preseason games for low, low prices and if not, you have the option of going to the box office. I can't imagine that a preseason game would ever, ever sell out.
