Here is hoping that after yesterday's games in the NFL people will finally get off the Kurt Warner and Tom Brady bandwagons. People should realize that these two are mediocre QB's at best who each caught lightning in the bottle one year. What has either QB done since their Super Bowl years? Nothing!!!! Here are the stats for each one yesterday. First off Tom Brady 14-29-123 0 TD's 4 Ints and his team lost 31-0. Kurt Warner was 34-54-342 with 1 TD and 1 Int but also had 6 yes 6 fumbles and lost 3 of them, one in the end zone which gave the giants a TD. Cardinal sin for QB's to take a sack or fumble in the end zone when you could throw the ball away. Yes i know that Warner had a concussion, but seriously folks since the Rams won the Super Bowl Kurt Warner has been average at best. Just my opinion but I will be glad to see both of these guys have bad seasons so people will finally quit praising them. And may the Patriots finally realize what a mistake it was to get rid of Drew Bledsoe.

The only thing about Rodney is that he wa never annoited by the pundits the way Warner and Brady were. Everybody wondered why he was our starter whereas Warner and Brady were supposed to be the second coming of Marino or Elway or Montana. Lest we forget that Warner was a grocery clerk stocking shelves and Brady was a low draft pick backup who wasn't that good at Michigan. Peete is just old!!!

I don't think any real Panthers fan was ever on a "Peete" bandwagon. At least i know i wasn't! He was just the lesser of 2 evils (Weinke).
As for Brady, finally someone else who feels like I do! It was such vindication to see his pouting face after throwing his 4th interception! HA!!!

Marc Bulger played awesome last year in Warner's absence...and should be given the chance to play if Warner does horrible again next week. Mike Martz is a good coach-he'll go with the hot hand.
And Brady...I never thought he was that good, anyway. I'm not surprised to see him falter a bit.
And I don't think it was a mistake to let Bledsoe go. At the time, Brady was the better player and Bledsoe was a very expensive backup. That doesn't mean that the move won't come back to bite them, though. :vamp:
Me, I'm jumping on the Chris Weinke bandwagon.

Couple of things Turby. First off, you need to hop on the DelHomme bandwagon because he is starting this week for the Panthers. Secondly, in my opinion, Brady was only playing better than Bledsoe because Bledsoe was injured. He caught lightning in a bottle in 2001 and they won the Super Bowl. Last year, in large part due to his miserable 5 game stretch in the middle of the season, the Pats failed to make the playoffs. Brady is not that good, and one more year of his ineptitude will prove it to Belichick.
As far as Warner, he is already out of this week's game because of the concussion so Bulger will get the chance. Do you realize that Warner has not won since the 2001 NFC Championship? He was 0-6 last year before the injuries and this year he is 0-1. Oh yea they lost the Super Bowl to the Pats so that makes him 0-8 in the last year and a half and I see nothing to show me he can turn it around. For god sakes, I could have played QB for that team in 2000 when they won the Super Bowl.

I was kidding, hence the . :p Secondly, in my opinion, Brady was only playing better than Bledsoe because Bledsoe was injured. Good points....I had forgotten that Bledsoe was injured. I suppose that if he never got injured Brady would never have gotten a start...
Bulger will get the chance.
Thousand Bucks says that the Rams win next week...and Bulger shines.
