Saw suggestions around the web so thought it might be a good poll and debate.

I tend toward geographic simply because the conferences are new and it will help me keep track.

I enjoy the nostalgia of the old names, but there's nothing nostalgic about these new conferences and I think using newer legends is just kinda dumb.

But what geographic location includes Ottawa, Montreal, Toronto, Tampa Bay and Miami but not NY, Philadelphia, or Raleigh?

That's for someone else to figure out . The NE/Snowbird Conference?

In fact, maybe that's it:

Mid Atlantic
Mid West
West
Snowbird

And from now on, that's what I'm gonna call it....the Snowbird Conf.

As long as I don't have to have conferences named after agents, owners, wannabe GMs or someone owed money by the NHL, I am way OK-- thus no Orr, Messier, Lemieux, Gretzky-- anything else seems perfecty reasonable. A twist might be old names from the awards given out-- Selke, Richard, Vezna, and Norris...
