Looking to downsize? Or move from renting to buying-on-a-budget? (That's what I did when I bought in '03.) Or maybe you're considering income property? You can own this first floor, 2BR/1.5 BA condo cheaper than you can rent and the mid-North Raleigh location is awesome -- two miles to North Hills, one mile to Falls Tap Room, convenient to 440 and 540, etc. (I put down just shy of 20% and my mortgage + escrow for property tax + HOA = $512.)
