Parking Passes?

Has anyone received their parking passes yet? Seems like they are cutting it pretty close with getting them to us for Thursday's game.

I haven't... I asked Doug (my ticket rep) about this yesterday and he said that the parking comes from the RBC Center side and that they are pushing them as hard as they can...hopefully today or first thing in the morning.. :roll:

I am working from home today and my parking passes just arrived via FedEx.

I got passes today..but ONLY for tomorrow and Friday..there was a note enclosed saying to stop by and pick them up at the game or at the Carnival.. :crazy:

I emailed Brian, my ticket Rep, a couple hours ago to verify that the passes had been sent but haven't heard back from him yet.

Mona, did yours come FEDEX also?

Still haven't gotten mine for tomorrow and Friday yet. :( I was told they were sent Monday by second day FedEx. :crazy: :sad: I don't know how I'm gonna get them before gametime tomorrow.

Our group got ours today - all the games. Wonder why you only got two games Mona?

That stinks Crazy! One from our group asked about why these were so late and the answer was that the former parking mgr was no longer with them. :roll:

I figure they may do it alphabetically and me being an R, maybe they were just cutting it to close...it has a note included, telling me that I can pick up my complete parking pass book tonight........ :roll:

I emailed Brian yesterday and he said that they should be here today. If they aren't he said that I could come by the RBCC at lunch and pick up a pass for tonight. If anyone else doesn't get theirs today they should probably call their rep and see about picking one up. I was told that they had problems with the print company that they were using and only got them in on Monday.

I haven't gotten my passes, and here is what Doug just Emailed to me:

"Your parking pass should have been mailed out yesterday, meaning that you should see it today or tomorrow. For the pre-season games tonight and tomorrow night all parking attendants have been told that most of our ticket holders will not have the passes they are supposed to. All you need to do is inform the parking attendant that you have purchased parking for the season but it has yet to come in. If they say anything, tell them that this was told to you by the parking manager, John Murphy. There should be no complications, but if so, I apologize.

And of course we are going to win tonight." :D

I got my parking pass book at Section 109 when I first got there..they have parking on one side and ID Cards for STHs on the other...the parking guy gave me a hard time (he was teasing cause we always chat with him) about making my own pass........the one they had sent was photocopied.. :spin:

As long as you are willing to drive to the RBC center to pick up (insert item here). you'll be okay. Otherwise, your item will arrive via FedEx or mail a day late and a dollar short.

from what my ticket rep told me, the parking is handled through the RBC Center and not the Canes... :roll:

I think it just makes sense to build in a little time to go and get tickets, passes, etc. personally if there's any chance there might eb a problem. :-)

True.....last night was no problem cause I was already at the arena...they should have had them on Monday when we got our ID's to pick up tickets... oh well..........
