I know the article was old, it just reminded me of how great his season was last year. I hope he does come back. I wonder if he's going to friday's practice...i'm planning on going if he is.

I said this on another board, and will repeat it here: if Archie indeed plays again for us, this is probably his very last of last chances to hang on with this team. He's cleared waivers so many times this year, that he may actually be done in the league if he fails to deliver this time around. Doesn't seem like anybody wants the Little LAtvian, which is a real shame.

I really hope that's not how it turns out. #1 has done so much for this franchise and you hope he gets his record and gets to deliver like he used to.

I would love nothing more than for Irbe to come in and be like wall for the rest of the season, both for his benefit and the team's benefit.
