You think you've had a bad FHL day? Check this out!

Due to FHL craziness (and to ensure I won the faceoff category and I am an idiot), I had to choose between Bertuzzi or Hossa, AND Kovlachuk or Tanguay. My choices Hossa and Kovlachuk. Hossa was hit in the eye with a shot in the first 2 minutes and didn't come back. Kovlachuk was BENCHED after committing a turnover and only played 8 mins. Bertuzzi had 2 assists and Tanguay a goal. Talk about bad choices.

Also, Redden had the flu and was out. Aebischer got the loss and an additional goal against in OT while facing a 5 on 3. Brett Hull scored the power play game winning goal-and he was on my opponents team! Tough night for me.

At least in the end I won the faceoff category and finished the week with a 8-2 record against my opponent.

My bad FHL day is today as well.. In the head to head, I'm winning all 4 goalie categories for the week and all goalies are finished playing.. But, since we have a shortened week due to the all-star break, I won't get my 3 goalie minimum in :mad:

I was down 10-0 going into yesterdays games, luckily, many of my guys had big games, now its 4-4, but neither of us got the 3-game mininum...

When I saw who I was up against this week - I believe it was Guyute, I just wanted to throw in the towel - just kill me, kill me now. I didn't get to use all my goaltenders either and the one I did use was pretty much a traffic cone.

I got, shall we say, lucky. No telling what would have happened had this been a full week, but you outplayed the snot out of me in the first few days of it. I thank my lucky stars Esche got the chance to step onto the ice before going IR.

well in my yahoo league, my goalies finished up the week with a remarkable 4.81 goals against average, and a save percentage below .880, but I still managed to win because my opponent (1.00 GAA, .947 GAA) only had two games played. Right about now, I'm diggin' the minimum games played rule.
