Now on ebay with 9 days left to go. Yes, the jersey is the one he scored the goal in.

If I had the thousand bucks to get this one I'd be on it.

Would be wise if you could afford it.. I am sure a jersey with his name on it will be hanging in the HOF..

Well I grossly underestimated this one. It went for 1825 dollars. Can you believe that? Unless he truly becomes the next Mario Lemieux or Gretzky, I highly doubt the buyer can sell it again for even half the amount in the future. Come on! If he's the next Ron Francis, you can't even sell Ronnie's stanley cup year penguins jersey for more than 2500.

Is this one of those where the money goes to charity? I'm glad someone was dumb enough to make an investment they can't re-coup if that's the case. If not, at least it makes Staaly look good!

This ain't no charity jersey! No tax return on this one! This is pure profit for the NHL and Meigray system. Canes jerseys are rare to find except through kids and community when they are game-worn. This is one of those rare opportunities to get one without Kids and Community or being at a game, so I guess people took advantage. 27 bids ain't bad for the youngster.
