okay, so I'm watching the Rangers game on there tonight (ESPN2), and I noticed that (maybe this happened a while ago), that the "bottomline" feature got its style changed.

Does anybody else think that it is the most annoying thing ever? It is so hard to keep up with, and it moves along like a computer game with a bad lag problem.

Or maybe I'm just weird like that.

They switched last week, I think. Both ESPN and ESPN2 have switched.

It is a bit cluttered....and too small. Very hard to read, especially when checking NHL scores after just waking up! :spin:

The old ESPN :28, :58 streamer was perfect....it was big, but not too big, and easy to read. Pity they only showed it at :28 and :58 after the hour...

The old ESPN2 was smaller as well, but the new one (or rather the type font) is horrible on the eyes...

Maybe it was only a 'pilot' streamer...

I just saw ESPN and ESPN2's new Bottomline a minute ago when my brother and I were checking the hockey game (NYR @ Montreal) and scores. All I can say is all that's missing is "Hershey's: Change Is Bad" for the occasional ad they show when the scores and news have run their course...
