People calling to see if I knew anything before dead line, and why he went... I can say NO idea it was his choice and it was made that day.. Hey Michigan Hockey! People probably KNEW I'd have to welcome you! So howdy! I'm from the Metro detroit area...name's Amber. I root full time for the Canes and am as die hard as you can get, but when things get bleak around playoff time, I have been known to watch a few Red Wings games, as well as some more if the Canes hit a rough spot. But, I love my Canes, and they're forever my fave, ever since them finals....if only we could get there again. But it IS great, however, to meet another Michigander on here. My woes of not being able to see my Canes in the RBC are shared!!!! :D Now if only I could even just get to see them at the Joe *grumbles*

Cool that you're related to Ronnie! I was a little peeved and stuff, and still am disappointed that he aint here, but I'm getting better. He's too much of my favorite to be miffed and I just look forward to him being back here hopefully.

Welcome Michigan Hockey! Wow - cool to have someone aboard that is actually related to someone in the pro hockey world! As you can tell by my AVATAR - Ronnie's the best, whoever he plays for! We've been watching Toronto and Carolina now. Carolina is still #1 in our books however we want Ronnie to be successful in Toronto so if that means rooting for Toronto (did I say that :eek: ) so be it.
