Anyone see this? Television history in the making. She was totally off her rocker, and Dave ended the interview with a perfect zinger:

(paraphrase)

Love: Come on, Dave, ask me one question and I'll shut up and be the submissive one.

Letterman: What do you weigh?

If she doesn't get help soon, I am afraid we will be hearing on the news that her life ended just like Kurt's... and what will happen to that little girl??

I can't help but to think the little girl would be better off. Courtney is forever in trouble and showing up to court drunk and stoned. She can't be a good mother.

(p.s., he should have had a good guess about how much she weighed:

More trouble....

Courtney Love Flashes Letterman, Gets Arrested At Bar

NEW YORK -- Police in New York arrested Courtney Love early Thursday morning at a Manhattan nightclub.

They said she threw a microphone stand, striking a man in the head. The man was taken to a hospital and is listed in stable condition.

Police said they plan to charge Love (pictured, left) with reckless endangerment and assault. Love is also facing drug charges in California.

Meanwhile, Love pulled a Drew Barrymore on Letterman's show Wednesday night.

Love repeatedly flashed David Letterman and his band during the "Late Show" broadcast on CBS.

Love's back was facing the camera when she lifted her shirt several times while making an entrance. She then stood on top of Letterman's desk, sang a few bars of "Danny Boy," and exposed her breasts again to the host. Love's exposed skin was blocked out for viewers.

At one point, Letterman said that's why he's "so happy" he had a son. Love refused to relinquish the guest's chair, saying she would do so only if Letterman asked her a question. He got the last word. Letterman asked Love how much she weighs.

Love was arrested in October after allegedly trying to break into the Los Angeles home of a former boyfriend. She also is awaiting a hearing on drug charges for possessing pain killers.

Eh, I don't think Kurt was any prize specimen of the human race either. I respect his talent greatly but as a person? Not so much.

I wondered if there would be a thread about this today...Courtney looks so bad and acts so loony, it's quite obvious that she's back on the drugs and hard. I couldn't believe Dave was allowing her to smoke...she was completely and thoroughly geeked up.

doesn't the grandmother already have at least temporary custody of the little girl for some past drug related abuse that the child actually witnessed? and to think you need a license to drive a car

Courtney definitely does not currently have custody of her child. I think she lost that battle in court last summer. I think you're right about Grandma, TC.

She's been appealing. I can't imagine last night's "show" could help her cause in anyway.

Freak!!

I can't believe she's a mother...
People like that should be removed from the gene pool.

you can drive a 2-4 ton box of steel as fast as it will go. it requires a test.

you can own an instrument that can kill someone with the twitch of a finger. it requires a test (of sorts. but there is something done, as opposed to just handing you a gun)

however, any friggin moron can have kids. can leave them in dumpsters. can turn them into mindless husks of people. can abuse them for no reason, etc..

how about a goddamn test for parenthood? ugh.

makes me ill.

I feel so bad for little Frances. I mean, both her parents were drugged up and nonexistent most likely her whole life and now she has to pay the price. No father and what a poor excuse of a mother she has left. UGH. It's always the poor kids who have to suffer in these situations.

You know, thats SUCH a wonderful way to promote your new album too...copy a flashing move thats like 10 years old, perfected by a MUCH better actress while you're beyond doped up. Not to mention everyone pretty much thinks you're a joke anyways. Sad, sad situation...

OMG Ok...those are Leno's saving grace. I think those are MOnday nights right? LOL I love those...but that's the main best thing. I think it's him that has the intern too....or is that Dave? My uncle's a Leno watcher and I always have on Dave...when we're constantly surfing I can't keep some aspects straight anymore. *sigh* lol. I love when Leno does the weddings during the headlines...some wacky name pairings lol.
