Guess this is not really NHL Talk, but I am confused.

The selection show comes on ESPN 2 on Sunday. I wonder if they are going to show any of the tournament games? That would be sweet!

At least a few of the games will be shown on the Fox Sports Digital channels. They're part of Time Warner Greensboro's 'Sports Pack' which is 95 cents a month.

Denver beat Minnesota-Duluth 5-3 in the first semi-final and BC is playing Maine now to determine who will play for the NCAA Championship on Saturday.

Brian Rolston's brother Ron is an Asst. Coach with BC and Brian Gionta's brother Stephen is a player on the BC team. Guess their parents are busy with the Frozen Four and the NHL Playoffs.

During the Denver Frozen Four game today, did anyone else catch them mention Josef Vasicek as being related to one of the players or something of that sort? They then went on to say that he plays for the Washington Capitals...

Denver beat Maine 1-0. Denver is an excellent defensive team.

Maine had a goal waived off because a player had the tip of his skate in the crease. They had nearly 2 minutes of 5 on 3, pulled the goalie and played 6 on 3 at the end of the game and couldn't score. It was a good game if you enjoy defensive hockey which I do

I saw that and I couldn't believe they weren't able to score on the 6 on 3. To be honest, the rule in place that caused Maine's goal to be waved off was a bit silly, especially the bit that even if the player is not affecting the shot or scoring in chance in any way that the goal will still be disallowed if his toe is in the crease... I LOVE no two line passes though. It makes for a very fast paced game!
