Hello from the Western part of the state

hey guys, I'm new to the forum and pretty much a new Caniac. I go to Appalachian State University where I have a lot of friends from Raleigh who were always talking about the Hurricanes. So I got into watching them about 2 or 3 times a week and became a hardcore Caniac ever since. Since I started watching them in October, I've been lucky enough to make it to 3 games at the RBC center. It's a long haul to Raleigh from out here in the West (about 4 hours) but it's never phased me as long as I got to watch a good hockey game when I get there. Well glad to be here and look forward to getting into some discussions about the team.
