I haven't read that article, but I saw an ad for it. I can't imagine how they had to edit scenes out and bleep the dialog. Seems like a lot will be missing from the orginally released episodes.

My mother and I constantly kid about TBS, or whoever is doing the editing, having to edit the entire character and presence of Samantha out of the series. We cannot wait to see how they handle that...should be pretty darn hilarious AND make us glad we have the DVDs.

I watch SATC for the first time last night. From what I understand the contant was toned down A LOT but it was still a hoot!!!

I LOVED this series. Buy or rent the DVD's -- I hate editing. It ruins the integrity of the piece. None of the sex or language was gratuitous, in my opinion.... :huh:
