THIS ENDS July 16 so this is your last chance for real... see the website:

Copied from the off topic forum:

Here's a good one and the last time you can get it. Go to http://www.NHLgamepucks.com BY TOMORROW. Tomorrow is the last day to get a game used puck from this program because I guess it failed this year. Anyhow, click on "browse/shop now" and click "view our current inventory"

From there click "select visiting team" and pick the hurricanes. You will see a variety of game used pucks and the games they were played in for purchase. The last goal pucks available are Erik Cole's game winning goal puck from 1/27/04 and Josef Vasicek's 5th goal of the year 10/30/03

But if you scroll down you have a variety of pucks from the ice that weren't scored on but used in the game... the best one is from the toronto game Ronnie got his milestone in 2/23/04 for only 39 bucks! (I believe that was the game Flanman proposed to his fiancee... and the game he went to, right? That would be a nice memento)

TOMORROW IS THE LAST DAY TO BUY THIS MEMORABILIA. This is the second time the NHL has tried this and failed, so this likely is the last time you can get an authenticated goal puck or game puck off the ice, short of catching it at the arena (hopefully not catching it between your eyes.)

I can give you the one, the only reason this program failed. They wanted WAAAAAAAAAAAAAAY too much for the pcks they had. I'm sorry, but I got a puck from Game 1 of the SCF against the Red Wings for MUCH MUCH less than they were asking for the pucks they featured. If they had run that program like an auction, with lower starting prices, they would have done a LOT better. Just my opinion.

I agree. I went and looked through a LOT of pucks. most that I'd consider spending money on were between $70 and $200.
I've seen cheaper pucks on ebay.
