Hey, I'm a RF collector, but $199 starting bid? I don't think the seller gets it. It's no wonder they didn't get any bids on this. Much like the game pucks, I think they would get more action if they started the bidding MUCH MUCH lower.

being an authentic jersey those go for what $270 ish? i personally wouldnt bid on it but 199 for a 270 jersey isnt bad plus you get ronnies autograph

Right-o Pucky. This one comes with the NHL silver shield too, the type of jersey the players actually get, not the authentic without the silver shield. It didn't sell, and I suppose they will be putting it up again. If you looked through the other captain's jerseys they had, some of them went for well over 400 bucks. This is a signed authentic with a rare NHLPA letter of authenticity for the cost of just 10 bucks over a lettered replica from the arena... bargain if you ask me.

what silver sheild? the koho logo right above the numbers?

i know many of the on ice jerseys have variants to show their authenticity. like Gretzkys double starter logos at the botom of the jersey and his velcro on the right side.

The NHL silver shield is the NHL logo on the lower right hem that is sewn into the jersey.

The replicas sold in the team store have the orange and black NHL puck logo.

The replicas also aren't made with double-reinforced elbows or a fight strap like the authentics are.

Shields, letters, etc. :huh: ... it's still $199. What I am saying is, if they started the bidding at, say, $50, they would have had more people interested, and had a bidding war that would have taken the price over $199. Otherwise, those of you who think it's a bargain at $199 would have BID on it!
