Hey, guys...someone told me today about this site that's giving away free iPods...apparently this is the big thing now because it's actually legitimate...Proof! (http://www.wired.com/news/mac/0,2125,64614,00.html)
Yea, I know, there has to be a catch, and there is...you have to sign up for an offer, and then sign 5 more people up, but then you get your iPod. I'm thinking if you can sign up for something that's easily cancellable, it might be worth the effort.

If anyone feels so inclined, I'd really appreciate it if you'd sign up at http://www.freeiPods.com/?r=11646601

That's my shameless plug for the month. :D

I tried this to get a free flat screen TV on here but no luck. I did not forget to cancel my AOL for Broadband, but when I called to cancel, I got another month free and when I tried to cancel it, I could not get through to a live operator! I was charged for 1 month of service.

It might be a problem when it gets to the border. I was just kidding anyhoooo, I'm a Mac user and already have an iPod to go with the rest of my system. I just thought this was a cheap way to really impress someone at Christmas. ;)

I still need 5 more. They have a great "Infone" offer up right now whereupon you sign up, and that's it. Don't need to cancel, don't need to call, nothing...as long as you never call Infone, you never get charged.

I'm having trouble getting any referrals...I was going to join a iPod conga line, but you can't already have an account set up and then join one. What are you doing to get referrals, puck_it?

You don't see the Infone one?

Supposedly they change them fairly often...there was an Ebay one where all you had to do was sign up and be the highest bidder on something, not neccesarily win it. I would have done that one...

I actually did 2 offers, I did the Blockbuster one just because it looked good...2 week free trial, unlimited movies, easy to cancel. It's a competitor for Netflix, and I saw 4 movies for free...not a bad deal!

I try to force my friends...but none of them think it's legit! Maybe I need new friends...:D
