December 1st, 2004 is the last day to add your name to the Operation Puck Drop petition! Please remember to tell your friends!

Are you fed up with the NHL lockout? Had enough of the rhetoric from both sides? Are you sick of hearing about cost certainty, salary caps, arbitration, qualifying offers, entry level contracts and all the other jargon that we've been inundated with since September 15th. Do you just want the owners and the players to get the deal done? Well, here's your chance to speak up.

Operation Puck Drop is a movement of fans, uniting them to get the games going so we can all enjoy the best game in the world again. It seems both sides have forgotten that the game isn't about them, it's about us. This petition will be delivered by hand to both NHL Commissioner Gary Bettman and Players Association Exective Director Bob Goodenow as a way of showing that we've had it with their posturing and fans can no longer be taken for granted. We ask that you do two things here: 1) Get Angry, 2) Sign. Let's get the NHL back on ice.

Sign it and hopefully the fans will be heard............. "GET BACK TO THE FREAKIN' TABLE!"

I tried to sign it but it seems to be only for Canada, no states are listed.

Darn you, Tommy, I was going to be from Nunavut! :D

Rusty Shackleford of Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories has signed the petition as a proxy for me.

It is if you like the cold, having limited amounts of sunlight, raw fish, and no high speed access.

Maybe you can explain this to me...why did Nunavut separate from the Northwest Territories? For an area with so small a population, I wouldn't think that it would matter...

I live in London, Ontario. So, Aaryn, if they ask, I'm renting out your basement.

I worked out a deal with the London town council. They annexed your basement. Didn't you get the memo? You'll sure as hell be getting tax bill!

OK, I moved from London because I was getting screwed over on my taxes. Now you're HELPING them continue that tradition? I thought we were cool Nate.

Aaryn, you helped me on my geography final. We had to write a paragraph on Nunavut and I got a lot of strange looks when I started to laugh upon seeing the question. So thank you! :D
