Patty D proved in his very few games that he has great potential to be a good backup...glad to know he'll be back.

I sure was impressed with what we saw of him. Hope he keeps that up and hope he and Weekes like each other.

yep, I'll be interested to see how he performs in camp. it'd be nice if he is at the point where he's ready to be a bona fide backup. otherwise we'll be shopping again I guess.

and I'd rather use our dollars for one of the many D-free agents that'll be out there... and ship DT somewhere.

'Tis good news...if he can play like he did in his two (or three?) games as a 'Cane then he can be a very solid backup to Weekes. I'm glad we could retain him.
If we can get Weekes resigned then we can have our goaltending situation wrapped up for years to come......at least I hope...

Glad to see we will have a new face. I was disappointed to not get to see him play anymore this past season after he broke the bone. Yeah- fresh meat!!!!!! ;)
