I have on read on Foxsports that they will be broadcasting Canes games in HD this year, and have said that they have done this in the past, but didn't have HD until now. On http://msn.foxsports.com/name/HD, they claim that the season opener will be broadcast in HD. Has anybody ever watched Fox telecast games on HD?? I've read on the TIme warner website that they use INHD2 to show the game, but I check their schedule for Wed. night and they don't have it. Heck I don 't even know where they'll show the OLN game on Wed. night. Does anybody know anything about this???

I can't figure how to get FSN HD! I'm in the process of scheming to get a HD set-- and 'Canes games in HD would put it over the top.

I called TimeWarner, and couldn't get a straight answer how (or if) I could get those games. I looked at the DirectTV and DishNetwork sites, and couldn't see anything that made me believe they carried it either. What gives??

Any suggestions or tips would be greatly appreciated!!

Last year the HD Canes games that were available were available through Fox 50 (not FSN). I'm assuming it will be the same this year, but am still holding my breath. Fox 50's sports page doesn't have anything up about the Canes yet. Seems somewhat recently (a week or so ago),there were negotiations going on re: HD broadcasts.

Of course the Pens one will be blacked out for me. I hate that rule. I have to lose the game in HD cause some local station not in HD is carrying it.
