Scary thing is that at $1.3 million that house is quite the bargain! The "Baldwin House" in Wakefield cost almost $4 million and it hardly had a back yard!

Indeed it is! Mike Tyson just lowed the price on his house for sale too. From 25 million to 3 million.

The "house" is 56,000 square-feet, which includes a 3,500 square-foot nightclub designed for 1,000 people; a 1,500 square-foot exercise facility; 18 bedrooms; 24 full bathrooms and an additional 14 half-baths; an indoor racquetball court; seven -- yes, seven -- kitchens; a theater; an elevator; a three-story foyer; a 3,400 square-foot pool house; and approximately 50 skylights. Who's in?

well duh crazy.... you need to have enough bathrooms to account for almost 1 per person, if there are 2 people in every bedroom. ;)

I would like that house tho. club, theatre, racquetball court, pool...
think about it. your own bar. IN your house. damn. talk about never leaving home. lol

ahhhh, to be rich. I bet you could talk him down to about 3mil (I think he's asking 4.2 now)... dude is absolutely BURIED in IRS debt. :p

They said 4 and change on the radio this morning, but the real estate page said 3 *shrug*

Classic example of overindulgence. How much of that stuff do you think he actually uses on a day to day basis. But still, he earned the money, so whatever, can't say that I would mind having that house, lol.

You use the term "earn" loosely huh? ;)

I dunno, he was a great boxer before he got mixed up in all this recent crap... Can't take that away from him.

How could you have that much room in your house? I couldn't use it all...it'd only take my money thru heating costs.

I'd have a basketball court and hockey rink instead of the nightclub. And take 15 bedrooms away... And the dream house wouldn't be in Green Bay, that's for sure...
