Did anyone see this???? I don't have channel 17 in Greenville and had no way of catching this??? Just wondering what his house looked like!

His house is gorgeous....and HUGE! He has a theater room with a huge tv and loungers, a room with a big blow-up moonwalk for his kids and even a room for his kids to play hockey in. The house looked a little empty, but I'm guessing that's because it's on the market...or because of his divorce. Anyways, it is definitely a very nice house.

11,000 sq feet! It blew my mind! Why is it on the market? Is that where he and his wife had lived?

That kitchen was a dream.

The house was huge! It had a giant log bed in the master bedroom and the master bath had a coffee maker and microwave in it! A comment was made that the coffee maker was in pristine shape because he doesn't drink coffee! The kids bedrooms all had little balconies in them so they could okk at their rooms from above. The kitchen was awesome too.

The house has been on the market for well over a year, probably almost 2.

Someone buy that house and let the poor man off the hook!!! It's obvious he's suffering!! :)

Not many people can buy a house that big. From the outside it looks a little bit like Tony Sopranos house. When Glen Wesley decided to build a new house a few years back he sold his old one to Kapanen. Maybe Rod can sell his house to another player :)

Yeah, they separated almost two years ago. A friend of mine from church back in Raleigh is best friends with Kelly (Brindy's ex or soon-to-be) and she actually spent the night there a few times. Said the place was really nice.

Actually the divorce has been final for quite some time I believe. It's been mentioned a number of times as part of Rod putting the unpleasant past behind and moving forward on and off the ice.

not on Realtor.com .. looked up the addy in the Wake Co. tax listings. I can tell you the house and property are accessed at more than $2.6M ... :eek:

I don't know how it works here- but in Socal, there is this separate multi million dollar listing service for a lot of the Million and over homes- and there's this other service for the $20 million plus homes that go on the market- so maybe Raleigh's rolling like that with all these mini-Mansions and full blown mansions like Brindy's out there.

there were plenty of multi-million dollar homes on Realtor.com for Raleigh ... just not his.

It might be listed under Wake Forest rather than Raleigh because I think it's in Wakefield.

Does his ex-wife still live here? I was just wondering because that would make it much easier for him to see his kids - I assume those were his kids in the video.
