That stuff is right!!! It tastes like sunkist and Mountian Dew, but better. :)
It says it is only available in 20 ounce bottles from Memorial Day to Labor Day. I got some last week in 20 ounce and 2 liter bottles.
Check it out!

Girl, you don't know what you're missing! Although you kinda have to acquire a taste for VC, I am now addicted.

Wow, I've never even heard of Orange Mountain Dew until you mentioned it MeanGene...thanks! :) I'll definitely look into that next time I'm out and I need a buzz.
BTW Mona, you have got to try Vanilla Coke...MUCH BETTER than regular Coke. I practically cannot live without the stuff. :spin:

I gotta get some of that...I'm a sucker for Orange Soda...and I'm sure it's a good blend.
Anyone tried Sprite Tropical Remix yet?
And you don't know what you're missing with VC...very tasty.

Sprite Re-re-re mix is pretty good. I like the clear bottle for some reason.

Ya, know...if I posted something like this yall would get angery at me...so basically I'm waiting for the admin to step in and lock the topic...haha...don't take me seriously you guys I'm just kidding! :p You know...they were going to name the orange mountain dew Code Orange in memory of 9/11 cuz like code orange is the highest alert and all...it means something is ACTUALLY happening while code red means...get READY for something to happen. But I guess they named it livewire because it might cuase pain in some people if they knew what Code Orange REALLY meant. But ya...I gotta try this stuff...there's not a day that someone will see me at school without a bottle of "green" mountain dew in class! This goes out to my bro Kenny........we seriously need to head over "to the gas station!!!" YEEEHAWW!! (Inside joke you guys.) But just to throw in a bit more of the mountain dew topic...you guys should also try that AMP stuff! It tastes like green jolly ranchers. Basically its just concentrated mountain dew without water....it gives you the biggest high and makes you so dang hyper! But let me warn you it costs $2.03 here in NC per can! Ya what a rip huh? So ya....GO TRY IT CANIACS!!!!!! PEACE OUT! :D

Does anyone remember "Squirt"?
I love Squirt! It's now a Dr. Pepper/7 Up brand....But I haven't seen it on the shelves in quite a while. Occasionally you'll see it in western NC, but the last time I saw some on the shelves was last year on one of my many trips to rural Northwest Iowa....so if you really want it, you know where to go! :spin:
Another favorite of mine is Wink...but it has proved to be quite elusive as well. :smoke:

I haven't heard of some of these different drinks-i'll have to get out and see what i can find and try them once the weather warms up. Summer may never come to this part of the country this year though. It's Memorial Day weekend and the high temperature is around 55 degrees.

I haven't tried it yet but a half full (empty?) bottle of it has been on the floor of my room for the past week now apparently left by my brother. What to do, what to do, after all the praises sung in this very thread of the drink so close to me, should I drink it? I'm assuming my brother has forgotten but the downside is yucky saliva deposits and a overally flat taste....

I just tried it today. It's pretty good. Mt. Dew has done a good job so far of not screwing up new drinks that they invent.

Excellent read, thanks. I believe I saw a story online similar to this a few years ago. The soda machine at my dad's office building (Legislative Office Building) actually STILL had a New Coke button on it up until a few years ago! When you pushed it though, regular Coke came out. They just left the button on there for years.
