Senior Ticket Account Representative
Description
Job Responsibilities:
Ability to use excellent phone skills to speak to local business executives about Carolina Hurricanes hockey and achieve a face to face sales appointment
Utilize sales appointments to effectively ask questions and present Hurricanes ticket package options including full season tickets, mini plans and group tickets. The ability to successfully evaluate the prospect, up sell and ask for the sale and for referrals.
Ability to provide superior customer service to all fans.
The ability to speak to individual game ticket buyers and present and sell ticket packages will also be required.
Must be willing to work a majority of the 44 home games with responsibilities including but not limited to client visits, will call assistance, and sales presentations.
Perform other duties as assigned.
Skills
Experience:
Candidate must have college degree and have excellent verbal and written communication skills. A minimum of two years working experience in the sports industry selling ticket packages and group tickets to individuals and/or business executives is required. Candidate must be able to provide excellence in customer service through previous customer service experience and working knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Candidate must be willing to work in a fast paced, team environment, be willing to work a flexible schedule to include evenings, weekends and holidays in addition to normal business hours.
