Who came up with the delivery charges to Canada? I have been wanting to make some purchases from the lgc.com store, but................. $7.00 for the first item and then $4.00 thereafter? Also, is the store run by the same people I can pay to have a title added to my username? I would like to buy some stuff and get a title added to my username, but I just want to be clear on some things here.
