Bill Lea Act Question

Hi, I was wondering who gives out Bill Lea act payments, the name of every company they were given to, the address and phone number of each of those companies, and how much payment they recieved.

Hehe, sorry, I'm at work right now and I'm just a bit confused by what I'm being asked to do now but I suppose I will search the internet for some info. Just thought I would throw that question out there just in case any of you happen to hand out Bill Lea payments and keep a notebook with you at all times of exactly who recieved them, how much they recieved, etc., etc., etc.
