This is mainly directed at you, opposing team fan. But this also holds true for our members. However, they should already well-know the rules here.

You are welcome to come in here and talk hockey with us (or talk non-hockey). We have fans from many different teams, and from all over the world.

But you must be Civil. Do not come in with the sole purpose of stirring the hornet’s nest. You know what I’m talking about.

Personal attacks on users here will not be tolerated.

If a mod or admin asks you to change your behavior, It’s Not An Option. You’re being asked because we’re nice like that. We will give you a chance. Make the most of it.

Everyone here, including you most likely, are well aware of trolling posts. Think twice before you do it. We’re at a time right now where several people per day are joining, most of them to poke the bear. We’re going to have a pretty zero-tolerance policy on this kind of behavior for the next few (hopefully) weeks.

None of us feel like hitting refresh every 3 seconds to catch trolls before they can make too much noise, so do us a favor, and play nice.

We’ll play nice back. Enjoy your stay. Or don’t, that’s entirely up to you.
Let's Go Canes!

moved to Canes Discussion because I doubt trollers will check the LGC Info forum.

I'm going to lock this, because it's not a discussion.
If you have any issues, questions or comments, feel free to PM me.
(or Caniac, Shell, nccanes or puck_it)

I'm going to go ahead and add that we WILL ban you on your first post if you say anything even close to trollish.

This thread is all the warning that will be given.

The action of the past 2 days has been so bad, and because I had to babysit last night until nearly 2am... there's a temporary moratorium on new accounts.
Some may be approved, some may not. so if you sign up but can't activate your account, sorry... but that's the way it is right now.
