E's right, the "show me the money" snips and all those goofy sound effects shouldn't have been in that first clip.
These clips are great! I've got them all saved- cause they need to be kept forever.....
So, my favorite part of the pre-game ritual before the guys come out, is Forslund doing the whole psych up/pregame matchup thing he does on the J-tron, and for game 7, they did that "dream on " clip with the pep talk scene in Miracle leading up to Forslund and his little spiel- Well, as ya'll know, Game 7, by the time they started playing that little video, the building was in explosion mode- so I couldn't hear a dang thing that was being said- everyone was relatively quiet during the Miracle scene,taking in Russell's great, great portrayal of Brooks, (and that scene so totally applied to US that night)so then Forslund started his thing and he was getting the crowd going- so I heard barely a thing- except my favorite phrase- "and the EYE of the STORM is UPON US!!!" so I just watched both "Dream on" clips and cried my eyes out, just like I did that night- (but that was stress related crying- )even without hearing anything cause it was so dang loud in our building. I think Canesvision gets major props for those two vids- when you watch them, it's like WOW. I I think I'm gonna figure out how I can put that on a continuous loop on my laptop ;) :laugh:
I guess we'll all have to figure out when the 'threshold' is for being sick of seeing anything Canes related, game 7 related, etc. I personally don't know that I have a threshold, I'll be 80 and still watching all this stuff with a smile on my face. :spin:

I've literally watched the last 1 1/2 minutes of Game 7 thru all the Cup festivities, every night before I turn-in for the night. My husband calls it my "bedtime story." :lol: And you know... that's probably a good description of it, 'cause it has a happy ending! :D

Everyone make sure you download and check out the clip labeled "The Rising" down towards the bottom. It's that same photo collage from the arena but they've added a LOT from the "Happy Ending". :D

It is kind of ironic that in the Look how far we have come video...Lavi says he hopes to get us out of our seats....and the entire Game 7 none of us ever sat in them!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!Still has not sunk in that we are the STANLEY CUP CHAMPIONS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What cracks me up every time is Glen Wesley. Whoever plopped the SCC hat on him-- it's like just barely sitting on his head and the brim is kinda over his left ear. He's looks like the biggest dilbert.... but he doesn't care, 'cause he's just so giddy with happiness. :lol:

I don't know what makes me want to bawl more.. Brindy and Ray crying together or Kevyn with his dad.... still hard for me to believe it really happened for our guys! :spin:

I checked the CH.com archives, and while waiting for Amazon to send me my DVD, I found some new (at least to me) features on this page. The Dream On from the jumbotron before game 7, a bunch of interviews to a different version of In the Air Tonight, and some other things. Not sure if this was posted (I couldn't scroll through all the repeats), but worth a look!

RCF- yep, I think it got lost in the transfer-I posted that link not too long ago, cause I was so thrilled with all the 'stuff' that appeared on the Canes website- It's well worth viewing especially cause it's got the local flair in there- and some of the music vignettes will make you cry. ;) Another worthwhile project- downloading all the stuff to your computer to watch over and over..... :lol:
