I am a programmer/web developer, yet don't have enough clout to get Photoshop here at work... cost cutting and all that... all I have is wonky MS Photo Editor that won't even open for me, and MS Paint which is a bit pissy about cropping. Also, Photoshop is darn expensive.... Just sayin'. :cool:

RIO, no, these aren't Clones that are whining. It's the race known as "Managers" that are doing the whining. These people apparently know EVERYTHING, yet never actually DO anything! They aren't only found in Canada. I have heard these people are everywhere. They are the ones who SHOULD know how to do your job, but don't. They are also the ones with all the ideas on how you can be more productive, but yet none of their ideas actually work.

Everyday one of these people come into my office with a "perfectly" set up file and throw the old "But it looks good on MY computer!" at me when I tell them that it isn't perfect. I have found that each and every one of them know even LESS about hockey, and therefore are not only really annoying, but ABSOLUTELY useless in the Clones Quest For World Domination. ;)

The year was 1991, and I was 17 and still playing Junior. I came home from camp with the Kitchener Rangers one weekend and I couldn't have picked a better time to do it. My friends and I drove 20 minutes from my hometown (at the time), Wallaceburg, to Chatham. There is a golf course there where many local NHLers and former NHLers were taking part in a charity golf tournanment. This is where this shot was taken.

Later that day I had the chance to meet Dave Gagner (former Leaf and North Star player), Ken Houston (former Flames player), Basil McRae (former Leaf and Nordique player), and Brian Wiseman (former Junior B player who broke all of Bobby Orr's Junior B records), among many others.

Meeting the players was great, but actually holding The Cup was something I will NEVER forget.

your link works, but geocities doesn't allow direct linking to message boards and the like. you can click on it, get the error message, and then just go up to the address bar and hit enter and it will load correctly.

Photo was taken at the 2001 Caniac Carnival. Jeff actually offered to have her sit on his lap for the picture after he signed her jersey. Neither i nor Jillsmom approached him and asked if she could do it. He offered completely out of the blue. Class Act!!!!! Needless to say, we all know who Jill's favorite player is.
