Okay for those of us not so fortunate not to live in the Raleigh area and can't listen to Chuck K on 102.9, I have found a radio link for tomorrow nights game. It is a Columbus feed but it's better then nothing for us "out of area" folks..lol. There is a listen now link on the top left side of the page..

I'm having trouble tuning into tonight's game. What the heck happened to 102.9? It used to come in fine here between Chapel Hill and Pittsboro. Now all I get is static on every radio in the house, and in the car. Has anyone else noticed this? I guess Columbus's feed is going to have to do. :(

While I realize this is the preseason and no opening night roster, but it does make you wonder if they could possibly have the same 3rd period success two seasons in a row to begin with. But the mental edge it gave them knowing the 3rd was theirs was huge. I want no loss of mental edge. :beatup:

Well, that stinks. That was a lot closer to what I'd expect to be the roster we start the season with (still minus some pretty big pieces) and there seemed to be significant improvements to go along with that. Sounded like the D was much better. Still didn't get it done, though.

We get another go at these guys Friday night at home. After 4 days of rest/practice/bonding and probably some more cuts. Should be interesting.
