well not sure about fat but there is 590 calories per big mac, plus he gets fries and a coke, thatll be at least 800 per meal x 19,000 = 15,200,000
amazing fact...this guy only weighs 180 lbs!

Hmmmm...could it be that the "McDonald's Diet" (Which would of course consist of what this guy eats.) is (gasp) healthier than the Subway Diet?!
I think I smell a new "challenge" here that could put the Pepsi one to shame. :D

Funny that you bring up the subway diet.....When those teenagers were suing the big Fast food companies blaming them for their obesity, Both Jared and this man were used a witnesses to prove that someone could live on a primarily fast food diet and still remain thin
