Too bad the Gophers and UND are in the same bracket. UND won the home and home in Jan and UofM won the WCHA. If they both win Saturday it sets up a great game on Sunday. Oh silly me maybe only 1% of us could watch that game. I will have to follow on line until the frozen four and then ESPN2 will cover.
Go Sioux Locomotive.

If they ever show any of these games on TV, let us know. They're not exactly highly advertised.

I've been watching the Boston/Mich. State game tonight.
ESPNU is carrying them. I'm on Dish Network.

I woke up going UND didn't win a home and home against MN both games were at MN.
I didn't see ESPNU listed on the NCAA site. CL and all with Dish network enjoy the games. This is like the 80s I want my ESPNU except I want it and in HD.

So like a lot of people I thought the West final would be a great match up with the Gophers and the Sioux going against each other. The Sioux won in overtime.
A lot of history between the two schools. They frisk people going into UM(N) vs Sioux games for dead gophers. One year a girl thought she would get around it by putting one in a plastic bag and placing it in the back of one of the arena's toilets (during open skate) on game day. When she went back to get it they busted her.
So ESPN will be covering the final game and ESPN2 has the semis.
The semis are on Thursday April 5th UND vs BC at 8pm and Maine Vs MichState at 4pm The final is Saturday April 7th at 7pm on ESPN (and hopefully HD)
Past experience it is not always easy to watch these games at the bar as it is Master's weekend. Nothing against the Masters. It is just annoying when the game is close and you have to watch on the smallest TV so others can watch the last group finish their opening round.

My fun fact leading up to Maine-Michigan State:
Michigan State goalie Jeff Lerg is 5-foot-6.
Maine goalie Ben Bishop is 6-foot-7.
A 13 inch difference in goalies? Oughta be weird watching that on TV as the possession changes sides.

Haven't seen any up to this point, but according to the schedule on ESPN2HD:
North Dakota Fighting Sioux vs Boston College Eagles
@ 8pm tonight.
(also ESPN2 SD I'd imagine, they have the timeslot blocked off)

Just a reminder that Brindy's Michigan State Spartans are playing right now on ESPN2.
Commie's Sioux are at 8 as Guy pointed out.

What a fantastic win by MSU- gritty little bunch of guys; I love the bands in the stands at college hockey games. It's so cool. Oh, and Barry Melrose is still sporting that pimptastic pin stripe number. eww....

UND is down 5-4 to BC, with 16 seconds- a very wacky game, just wild. UND was down 2 with a minute left- and then they score, and now BC just scored an empty netter. College hockey is so fun.
So it's Michigan State vs Boston College in the finals.

The last ten minutes of the third period was absolutely wild. Tied 2-2 and then 3-3 and somehow became 4-6 with two empty net goals by BC...
It really was fun to watch-- glad I was able to see it. The final will be Saturday at 7PM...

Guess I will cheer for the Spartans and their asmatic vertically challenged goalie.
Don't think the UND coaching staff will soon forget that ending.
If you have ESPNU the Hobey Baker award presentation starts at 7 and the skills contest is on at 8:30.

Well, that was a good game for the Spartans. I bet Brindy is happy. :spin:
MSU's catch-up was great though. They deserved it. GO MSU!
