Hi - I have request....

Right now, there are 3 different threads going on about various types of video games, clogging-up the "Off Topic" Forum. I have to keep marking Off Topic as "read," in order to get those off my "new posts" screen.

Would it be possible to create a "Gamer's Forum" (or something like that-- you people who mess with that stuff know what you call yourselves better than I do ) inside the "Community" section?

I know I'd still have to delete them, but at least they'd all be contained in their own forum, away from the "Off Topic" forum.

Thanks for listening.

I like this idea, especially since this (http://www.retrojunk.com/details_commercial/4284/) was big the last time I played video games.

^ HAHAHA. It was Space Invaders at our house.

The funny thing about these threads....I'm not a gamer, and the way I typcially read this board is by hitting the "New Posts" link and I'll just click the "go to new first post". Half the time I don't even pay attention to which thread I'm in, then I start reading and I'm like WTF? because I can't even decipher what's in the post and then I realize I'm in a gamer thread and get a good laugh when I realize how ancient I am when it comes to you kids and your newfangled games.

I'm the same way. New Posts. Pay no attention at all to what forum things are actually in... I either decide to read it or not based on the subject. Most things I have to read, since I work here. I do skip something ocassionally though... don't tell the boss. :)

As for the need for a forum... meh. We've had like less than 10 "game" threads in the existence of this board... it just so happens that 3 of them are currently going. But why it would bother you, I guess I don't understand. "Clogging up" the forum? lol. That could be said of Lots of subjects, no? Skip em. /shrug.
