so for pretty much every canes game, a few friends and i will e-mail or IM each other a couple predictions for the night's game, usually the final score and who will score the winning goal. we keep a tally, so our tiebreaker, if people pick the same score, is when the first canes goal is scored (i.e., 4:29 into the 1st)... which is actually kind of dumb b/c how often will two people pick the exact same score AND be right? lol.
anyway, for example, for the leafs game a few days ago, i told my friends: "i'm predicting a 4-2 victory, staal with the winner. first goal 8:20 into the first. "
sometimes we take a stab at attendance figures for home games, too.
i know it would add an extra thread every night, but i thought it would kinda be another fun thing to do among all of us LGC buddies. don't have to keep any kind of tally (we could, though), but it's cool to see if anyone can peg it exactly. and we don't have to do all the other crazy stuff if we just wanna do the score, maybe...
would anybody be up for that on a regular basis?
