I just happened onto this site and I think it's really cool. It has what all the jerseys looked like from the beginning of the NHL until now..

The warden threw a party in the county jail.

Well, after various color changes in it, the main logo was totally changed in 1924-25:

It changed back to the traditional logo the next season.

Then in 1941-42, the medium blue was changed to a darker blue:

Not a huge change, but in 1958-59, the number on the back was moved up a little.

The number was eventually moved a little more down to make room for the player's name.
