Ticket Voucher Program

while things seem kind of grim in Canes land right now I can report something did go well recently. My wife is a State employee and was in Raleigh for a meeting this week. Over lunch she went the the RBCC box office to use our two sets of vouchers (we're 12 packers). She walked right up and exchanged them for the two games we wanted, New Years Eve and Feb 14th Valentines day (a Sat night game). The box office people knew what they were doing and she reports she was out of there in 10 minutes or less. Interestingly, we got the two seats directly next to our "regular" seats.

I wanted to also mention my good experience today. I exchanged four vouchers for a pair of tickets to a Friday night and Sunday matinee game. I asked for tickets as close to ours (these are for my parents since we already had tickets to those games) and we got tickets 4 rows behind ours. The lady said it would take about 5 minutes, but honestly I don't know how long it took since I went to the Eye to shop and the tickets were ready by the time I got back. :D

Maybe someone talked about this elsewhere, or it was on some printed material, but I don't remember seeing it.
Any word on if we're able to exchange voucher'd tickets like we would our normal plan tickets? IE- spend my "must use before Jan 1st" vouchers on a game I really don't plan on going to, and then exchange them for something else.
Just curious.
