Somebody want to tell me why Jake Delhomme is still the QB? Theres still 10 minutes in the 2nd quarter and I've lost count of his turnovers. 3 or 4 now?

Dude, we must have been having the same thought at the same time (see the thread I started).
![]() I swear to god we must be the only team in the league who can have possession of the ball the entire freaking game and STILL get the sh*t kicked out of us. ![]() |

Wow thats kinda scary! I've always heard great minds think alike, but not sure what that may say about us
![]() They came out looking good, then after some terrible turnovers, and the punt returned for a TD looks like they've lost most of the will to play. Why did they even bother with the trying those "Wildcat" plays? I'm not sure who calls what plays, but the Panthers may be the most predictable team in the NFL as far as what play they are gonna call offensively. I was almost screaming at their TD drive getting in the redzone. Just now Beeson gets an interception which is imediately followed by a sack on Jake. Panthers football at its finest! and now as I'm trying to type more above here is another interception from Delhomme. Wow and moments later McNabb backsteps into the endzone. |

Delhomme didn't handle the situation well.
...but I think the core problem is the offensive line. Almost any QB will give up a ton of turnovers if he's being pressured. In a graphic they showed during the game, it showed Dellhomme was hurried more than 1/2 the times he dropped back to pass. That's unacceptable and any QB will suck until that is remedied (not to say Delhomme isn't the problem. just a relativity small, albeit expensive one) |

And he can't hold on to the ball when getting hit it would seem.
